Rangers, Lady Rangers both win in double-header Jan. 13

The Rangers and Lady Rangers got back into the win column with a double-header sweep Jan. 13 in Masters Gymnasium. The men defeated Angelina College, 70-66 in overtime -- and the Lady Rangers defeated Coastal Bend College, 92-77.

For the women, Nyla Inmon earned a double-double with 22 points and 12 rebounds.

Jamil Muttilib led the men with 28 points.  Willie Williams had a double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds in the Ranger victory.

Also, please note that the men's basketball game versus Jacksonville College originally scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 16, has been postponed until 5 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 18, due to the possible inclement weather heading our way.
