The Rangers hung on in the second half to defeat the Bossier Parish Cavaliers, 71-66, in Kilgore College's final home game of the year. KC led the Cavaliers by as many as 16 points early on in the contest, but Bossier Parish cut that lead to six by halftime.

The Kilgore College Lady Rangers struggled late in the game, losing to No. 3 Blinn College, 76-63. In the nightcap, the Rangers lost the lead late in the game to Tyler Junior College and lost by five, 58-53. The Lady Rangers hung with No. 3 Blinn in the first half, leading by a point after one quarter, and only trailing the Lady Buccaneers at halftime by seven points.  In the second half, the Lady Bucs built their lead to as many as 18 points.
