The Rangers enter the 2026 season under third-year head coach Amber Williams, who returns with a roster that blends experienced returners and a pair of highly regarded newcomers.
KC returns 12 players from the 2025 squad, including depth across the infield and outfield. The Rangers bring back seven infielders, two outfielders, one catcher and one utility player.
Leading the returning group is Mary Newville, an outfielder who earned second-team all-conference honors last season. She is joined by Jasmine Gallegos, a versatile utility player, and Dekarra Anderson, who provides stability in the infield.
In the circle, the Rangers will rely on a pair of right-handers in Elisa Castillo and Abigail Curphey, both of whom return as KC's top pitchers from a year ago.
"We're excited about the growth we've seen from our returning players and the competitive edge our newcomers bring," Williams said. "This group has put in the work, and we're looking forward to seeing it translate on the field."
KC also welcomes two newcomers who add athleticism and production. Jolissa Ramirez, an outfielder from North Shore High School in Houston, and Briana Theus, an infielder from Marshall High School, join the Rangers after standout prep careers.
